Exercise 1: Arm Curls
Don’t have free weights handy? Don’t fret! Rosey demonstrates how you can do arm curls with household items, including a jug of liquid laundry detergent.
Do three sets of 10-15 arm curls on each arm, depending on the weight of the jug.
