Exercise 8: Running A’s
All you Bikini Body Challengers are in for a treat today because this is one of Rosey’s favourite exercises and one that she’s done A LOT. So if you’re looking to invest in a pair of long lean Olympic hurdler legs, then this is the exercise that will get you there.
Running A’s are very simple – the movement is similar to running on the spot, except you’re actually going to be moving forward. Keep your arms moving and pick those knees up so that you work your hip flexor muscles.
Try 30 metres then take a break, do 3-4 sets of these and if that’s not making you sweat, increase your distance.
