Bruno Mars Announces Release Date For New Single, ’24K Magic’

It’s been four (long) years since Bruno Mars released “Unorthodox Jukebox”, but fans of the pop star won’t have to wait much longer for a new album from the “Uptown Funk” superstar.

Mars announced the name of his upcoming single and its release date alongside a series of nine Instagram photos on Monday morning. “Excited to announce 24k Magic, out this Friday!! You can call it my first single, but I call it the invitation to the party.#24KMagic,” the singer captioned the final image.

Altogether, the posts formed to show Mars looking down while wearing a white baseball cap that read “XXIV k.”

The image would later be released via Twitter, with Mars writing “Coming this Friday to a speaker near you. #24kMagic.”

Mars also let his fans know that his upcoming album was “done” but failed to reveal a release date or a title for the new release.
