Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are headed out on the road!
Country music’s power couple announced on Tuesday that they will be touring together in 2017 with the Soul2Soul The World Tour, which will kick off in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 7 and end in Brooklyn, New York on Oct. 27.
This marks Hill and McGraw’s third joint tour and the 10th anniversary of their last Soul2Soul II Tour in 2006. The couple’s first Soul2Soul Tour took place in 2000. Their new 2017 nationwide trek also marks Hill’s first tour since 2007.
It’s going to be a busy year for Hill and McGraw, who will be pulling double duty as key advisers on season 11 of “The Voice” and recently celebrated their 20th anniversary wedding anniversary.
Making their “Voice” debut in October, the country superstars will advise all of “The Voice” finalists to help them prepare for the next phase of the competition, the Knockout Rounds.
“I think having the perspective of performing live in many different venues, from clubs to stadiums, will help us in working with the “Voice” artists this season,” said Hill of joining “The Voice”. “It’s important that they be able to connect with their audience.”
“I really like to dig into songs and how they need to be presented in a live environment,” added McGraw. “I’m looking forward to working with the coaches to help the artists reach their potential.”
