“The Bachelorette Canada Aftershow” welcomed a very special guest this week: Chad Johnson, who cemented his reputation as one of the most villainous bachelors in the history of the franchise thanks to his controversy-generating appearances on “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise”.
“How do you think our bad guy stands up compared to your season and ‘Bachelor in Paradise’?” asks the aftershow’s Erin Cebula.
“That’s a tough call,” admits Johnson of “Bachelorette Canada” suitor Drew, who’s taken on the villain mantel in the show’s inaugural season. “You got Drew, but the only difference between me and Drew as far as what’s going on in the house, everyone is having a good time with him.”
In fact, Chad admits he often finds himself rooting for his fellow villains on “The Bachelorette”.
“If the sensitive guys are being genuine then I will [root for them], but sometimes I just… think that they aren’t, so then the bad guys gonna run over you.”
With that in mind, does he think that it’s possible to find true love on a reality show?
“I think it’s possible,” he says, adding that the “only way you can find love really is to date people from the same world.”
You can catch more with Chad Johnson on tonight’s ET Canada, airing at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT on Global.
