Pamela Anderson Speaks Out On Porn: ‘Things Are Getting Weirder And Stranger’

Former Playboy model Pamela Anderson wants men to watch less porn.

While speaking alongside Orthodox Jewish television host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach on “This Morning” on Friday, the Canadian-born actress, 49, explained how exposure to porn is ruining sexual interactions for women. According to Mail Online, she said, “There is so much access to porn, people are becoming desensitized and things are getting weirder and stranger.”

The “Baywatch” star reportedly continued, “Have you ever been treated like a porn star in bed? It’s not nice. I’ve been spat on and called nasty names. People think I am wild and crazy.” Clarifying her statement, she added, “We’re not prudes. We’re not saying we want no sex, we’re saying we want better sex.”

Anderson went on to reportedly say that while she does not want men to stop watching porn all together, it’s important to use “self-regulation.” She said, “You’ve got to take time out and look at your own behaviour.”

While Anderson added that she doesn’t regret posing for Playboy magazine, the mother of two noted that she has addressed this topic with her two sons, Brandon Thomas, 20, and Dylan Jagger, 18. “I’ve spoken to them about it and they have girlfriends,” she said. “I tell them that if they disrespect them, they are disrespecting their mother.”
