Gwen Stefani To Replace Miley Cyrus In ‘The Voice’ Season 12

Gwen Stefani will be rejoining her off-screen love Blake Shelton as a coach in season 12 of NBC’s “The Voice”.

The No Doubt singer, who claimed a swivel chair in Season 7 and again in Season 9, will also be joined by Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and Alicia Keys, while Miley Cyrus will take a seat out until she returns for Season 13 next fall.

“We can’t wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to Season 12,” says Paul Telegdy, the President of Alternative and Reality Group for NBC Entertainment. “With Miley returning for Season 13, we’re truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons.”

Carson Daly is also set to return as the host of the show for the next season, which is expected to debut to viewers in February 2017.
