For the second consecutive year, the hosts of “The Talk” will celebrate Halloween by transforming into their favourite musical performers to compete in the show’s “Rocktober Lip Sync War”, with “Lip Sync Battle” host LL Cool J joining the fun to serve as special guest host.
So what stars will the women be emulating this year? Julie Chen will take on Madonna, donning a Victorian-era costume to perform her smash hit “Vogue”, while Sara Gilbert ponders the musical question “If I Could Turn Back Time” as she channels Cher.
Meanshile, Sharon Osbourne will deliver her best Marilyn Monroe impression to tackle “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend,” dressed in a signature-inspired pink gown and dancing with a bevy of tuxedo-clad men, with Aisha Tyler promising to “raise the roof and have some fun” by portraying Lionel Richie (complete with a red shirt and moustache) to lip-sync to “All Night Long.”
Finally, Sheryl Underwood dishes up a hearty helping of “whop bop-a-lu bop a-whop bam boo” as Little Richard, performing his 1955 classic “Tutti Frutti”.
“The Talk” airs weekdays at 2 p.m. ET/PT on Global; tune in on Monday, Oct. 31 to catch this very special episode.
