In this week’s edition of “Survivor”, the Gen Xers and the Millennials were forced to work together now that the two age-distinct groups are no longer in direct opposition, which led to some unexpected alliances forming — and the ejection of the first Millennial castaway as Jessica “Figgy” Figueroa became the sixth contender voted off the island in this “Millennials vs. Gen X” edition.
As it turned out, her “power couple” showmance with Taylor wound up being her undoing at Tribal Council, leading to Jeff snuffing her torch after the vote.

In this week’s edition of our Post Tribal podcast, Figgy joins Erin and Parvati to discuss her ouster from “Survivor”, and she admits she feels like she has more game to play.
“I’m not happy about it,” she says of her torch-snuffing. “I’m waiting for [host] Jeff [Probst] to call me any day now and be like, ‘Hey, we’re going to fly you back out, let’s do this’. I have to go back out there.”
If she had to do it all over again, Erin and Parv want to know, would Figgy still do the showmance thing? “F*** no!” she exclaims. “I literally picked someone who was dumber than a box of f***ing rocks — and I didn’t know that! I think the box of rocks is smarter than f***ingTaylor, if I’m being completely honest. Like, he couldn’t keep it together… I’m like, ‘Don’t touch me, don’t hug me, don’t look at me’… and he’s like, trying to make babies on the island. Seriously, I’m trying to play the game.”
Figgy has a lot more to say about her “Survivor” experience. Listen below:
