Meghan Markle is gushing over her new life since news of her Royal romance with Prince Harry emerged.
While promoting her new collection with Reitmans, the American actress told the Vancouver Sun: “My cup runneth over and I’m the luckiest girl in the world!”
While she doesn’t specifically reference Prince Harry in the Q&A, talking about her plans the next five months, she certainly seems happy and leaves Royal watchers wondering if she is in fact referring to her romance.
In her first interview since the relationship made front-page news, the U.N. Women Advocate opens up about her years of hard work and modest childhood — a sharp contrast to Prince Harry’s opulent upbringing.
“I’m really, really proud of the design process… for me, in putting the whole collection together, it’s a reflection of where I’ve come from,” she says. “I’ve always shopped on the sale rack and I’ve always been the girl flipping through the hangers trying to find the best deal. And now, being able to say, wow, this has my name on it and is at a price point that I think is really approachable and I’m proud to say a lot of people can afford.”
It has emerged that Markle may have still been dating Canadian restaurateur Cory Vitiello when Prince Harry began pursuing the “Suits” beauty. “They are the real deal. He definitely pursued her and besieged her with texts until she agreed to a date,” a source close to the 32-year-old Royal told the Daily Mail. “He is very full-on but she was going through quite a tough time with her previous boyfriend, and she was very flattered.”
According to the Telegraph, Meghan broke up with her boyfriend in May — the same month she first met Prince Harry during a charity event in Toronto.
