Taylor Swift is suing Denver radio deejay George Mueller, claiming he groped her during a meet-and-greet, and in the “Blank Space” singer’s sworn deposition in the case (which has been obtained by TMZ), she doesn’t hold back in describing the alleged creepy behaviour.
Characterizing the grope “as more of a grab than a touch,” Swift declares: “He put his hand under my dress and grabbed my bare ass.”
Furthermore, Swift explains that she immediately felt “shocked and withdrawn” by what occurred.
“As soon as he grabbed my ass, I became shocked and withdrawn and was barely able to say, ‘Thanks for coming,’ which is what I say to everybody,” says Swift in the deposition. “I was barely able to get the words out, and it was like somebody switched the lights off on my personality.”
Later in the deposition, Swift continues to assert that he lifted her dress and gave her cheek a grab while posing for a photo.
“He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo,” adds Swift, “and it felt intentional that would be the time he would choose to do it.”
Swift’s accusation led Mueller to lose his job, and he responded by suing her for slander, claiming it was someone else who groped her. Swift countersued for assault and battery, and is demanding compensatory and punitive damages.
