Looks like Tori Spelling has been hit with another lawsuit by American Express.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” actress, who has been in legal trouble before with the financial corporation, is facing a lawsuit over unpaid credit card debt. The court documents were filed on Monday in a Los Angeles Superior Court. E! News obtained the documents that state that Spelling has failed to pay $87, 594.55 in credit card fees.

American Express first sued Spelling at the beginning of the year for not paying her then balance of $37,981.97, but there is no confirmation if these two balances are related. On August 11, a judge ordered her to pay the balance in addition to $855 in court fees.

In January, her mother Candy Spelling revealed that she was helping her daughter with her financial issues in a statement to TMZ. “I’ve been paying all her bills now, except I’m not paying extras like that. I’m not paying any back payments, just for the house, and the kids’ schools, and their food.”
