Lady Gaga took to Twitter on Sunday night speaking out against Melania Trump, while urging young people to vote on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
The “Perfect Illusion” singer voiced her opinion on Melania Trump’s anti-bullying stance and she did not mince words, “.@MELANIATRUMP to say u will stand for “anti-bullying” is hypocrisy. Your husband is 1 of the most notorious bullies we have ever witnessed.”
Last Thursday, Trump spoke publicly for the first time since her speech in July at the Republican National Committee in support of her husband Donald Trump, where she was heavily criticized for heavily borrowing from a Michelle Obama speech. With her most recent speech, Trump said she would stand in support of “anti-bullying” and this too was met with a lot of criticism online.
Gaga continued to get political by sharing a selfie of her in a “Hillary for President” sweater and holding her voter ballot. At the same time, the “American Horror Story” star called for young voters to mobilize and vote.
