Nick Carter has many things to look forward to these days.
After welcoming the birth of his son, Odin, this past April with his wife Lauren Kitt, the new dad is now touring across Canada for his “All American” tour before he takes on a hotly anticipated Las Vegas residency at the AXIS at Planet Hollywood with fan favourite’s the Backstreet Boys.
While stopping in Toronto for his tour, the 36-year-old singer spoke with ET Canada’s Cheryl Hickey about promoting his new music, all the while being a dad. “You don’t want to neglect, and you want to be there,” Carter said of leaving his family for the first time to hit the road.
Despite the difficulty of it all, Carter was optimistic about his upcoming Vegas spectacle with the Backstreet Boys, adding that it will “deliver something that is entertaining from top to bottom, that has energy, that brings you on a ride through our history — from the beginning to where we are now.”
