Prince Harry was reportedly left flushed when the Prime Minister of Antigua invited him to bring his new girlfriend back to the Caribbean island on their future honeymoon.
While the 32-year-old prince is not yet engaged, he has made headlines around the world over the past few months with news of his new romance with “Suits” star Meghan Markle. During a trip to Barnacle Point in Antigua on Monday, as part of his two-week royal tour of the Caribbean, Prince Harry joined Prime Minister Gaston Browne in front of 300 guests.
“Your grandmother has spent time here,” the Daily Express reports Browne said. “Your late-great aunt would have spent some time here – and at least two weeks of her honeymoon, she spent here in Antigua. And I understand that there may be a new addition to the Royal Family very soon?”
Browne reportedly went on, “I am told that there may be a new princess and I just want to say that should you make the decision to honeymoon – then Antigua and Barbuda want to welcome you. We have been voted consistently as the best honeymoon destination in the Caribbean – and one of the best in the world.”
