Name: Sandra Diaz-Twine
Hometown: Stamford, Connecticut
Previously Played On: Season 7: “Survivor: Pearl Islands” – WINNER & Season 20: “Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains” – WINNER
The only castaway to ever win “Survivor” twice, Sandra Diaz-Twine is back to see if the third time really is a charm, or if she’ll sully her perfect “Survivor” record.
“I’m not scared of my record,” the reigning queen of “Survivor” tells Erin Cebula. “If I can survive day 4, I’ll be there all the way to day 39.”
And being the queen, Sandra says she knows that she’s a target.
“Who doesn’t have a target on their back out here?” she jokes, adding that her strategy has a little something to do with the four returning players from “Survivor: Kaoh Rong”.
“We’ve got the four from Kaoh Rong,” she says, “I think they need to be divided up. If history repeats itself, these four together… two of them will end up in the final three if we don’t take them out right away. People don’t think I know ‘Survivor’ stuff but I know ‘Survivor’ stuff — why do you think I won two times!”
Find out whether Sandra will make it past day 4 when “Survivor: Game Changers” premieres on Global March 8.
