Josh Gad’s latest attempt to learn spoilers about the new “Star Wars” film is the best one yet.
Even with the help of a few famous faces, like Chris Pratt (who would rather talk about the huge movie franchises he is a part of instead of talking “Star Wars”), Bryce Dallas Howard, Penelope Cruz, and Colin Trevorrow, who will direct “Star Wars: Episode IX”, star Daisy Ridley still won’t spill.
J.J. Abrams (director of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”) makes a cameo at the end and really wants to know whether Luke Skywalker will have any dialogue this time.
Gad posted the video to his Instagram account:
This has been a battle of attrition. #daisyridley has been a force to be reckoned with. In many ways she is the Vader to my Luke or the Taylor to my Katy. But like any good opponent, I have tried to outmaneuver her at every turn. This will be her final judgement. May the force be with her, because kids, she is going to need it. All I ask is that you don't ruin the surprise for others. #TheLastJedi #starwars #broughtsomefriendsalongfortheride @disney @starwars @penelopecruzoficial @prattprattpratt @brycedhoward @colintrevorrow @leslieodomjr @lucyboynton1 @brycedhoward @derek.connolly #tombateman @jjabramsofficial
Hopefully, the group will get their answers and more when “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” opens December 15.
