Kendall Jenner’s Hollywood home was robbed on Thursday, making her one of several celebrities targetted by thieves in the past few months.
Entertainment Tonight confirmed the robbery, as a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson told the show, “We received a radio call around 1:15 a.m. in the morning (March 16), in the 1600 block of Marmont Avenue. The person reported stated possibly a burglary suspect in the home, officers responded.”
“The person reported that she’s missing some personal belongings. At this time there is no suspect description, right now detectives are doing their due diligence, to see if there is video footage, security cameras but there is no suspect in custody,” the spokesperson continued.
In a report from TMZ, the 21-year-old model called the LAPD after hearing a noise and believing a burglar might be in her home. When law enforcement arrived they searched the house but didn’t find anyone.
It is reported that the jewellery in question is worth up to $200,000.
Thankfully Jenner’s robbery was not as intense as older step-sister Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery last August where the middle Kardashian was held at gunpoint while criminals stole millions of dollars worth of jewellery from her hotel room.
In a clip from Sunday’s new episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” Kim gives scary details of the robbery. Watch the clip below.
