“Survivor: Game Changers” shows no signs of slowing down. Former castaways returned to the island, but some were snuffed out as quickly as they arrived.
Caleb was the latest castaway to see $1,000,000 slip through his fingers and he joins ET Canada’s Erin Cebula and “Survivor” winner Parvati Swallow to discuss his quick departure.
Welcome to episode two of ET Canada’s “Survivor: Game Changers” Post Tribal podcast.
“Hold onto your baby goats, Erin, this game is rockin’,” Parvati jokes in the opening moments of the podcast. Her comments reference a big debate the castaways had over whether to kill and cook a mama goat, with baby goat present. Sandra rallied to have the animal slaughtered, but cooler heads prevailed thanks to players like Aubry, Malcolm, Michaela, Varner and J.T.
Caleb joins the Post Tribal podcast hosts, describing the number nine as “my curse”. The castaway has now been eliminated on two different seasons of “Survivor” on day nine.
He reflects on being betrayed by the other half of his bromance Tai. “I would definitely say it was too early for him to do that, but in the circumstance he was put in… I think he thought ‘there is no way I can do anything, I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place.'”
Caleb also expresses how the reality television show can’t always properly capture everything. He says despite his nonchalant demeanour on “Survivor: Game Changers”, “I fought as much as I could, they didn’t show any of it.” Caleb also dishes on his altercations with Ciera and how the women are in Brad’s front pocket.
