The New York Daily News broke a story reporting that Legend was greeted by his cab driver at the airport, who the outlet said stole his bags. It was also reported that this driver returned shortly after with his bags, but all of this was untrue. Legend took to Twitter to clear up the confusing allegations.

“We use a trusted car service and they did not rob me. Our Delta greeter made a mistake and left a bag on the cart,” Legend wrote in a tweet.
