If you thought Jimmy Kimmel was through mocking United Airlines following last week’s fake “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” commercial blasting the airline for its violent removal of Dr. David Dao from an overbooked flight, then think again.
Not only did Kimmel serve up another United spoof on Tuesday night’s edition of his late-night talk show, he enlisted nemesis Matt Damon to help out as the voice of United in another faux TV commercial.
“We’re United Airlines,” intones Damon in the commercial’s voiceover. “We work hard to get you safely to your destination and that’s why we… You know what? No, no, I can’t do this anymore because I know what it’s like to get bumped. Trust me, I’ve been getting bumped from Jimmy’s show for the past eight years and it takes a toll. We’re people, damnit, and we deserve to be treated with dignity, not told night after night, ‘Oh, there’s somebody more important so take a hike.'”
As the commercial continues, Damon can be heard being forcibly ejected from the airplane, screaming: “You people are animals!”
Of course, as Kimmel quips, “In some cases, some people deserve to be bumped.” Watch:
