WWE Champion Trish Stratus Talks Pregnancy With Muscle Memory Magazine

After just giving birth to her second child, a daughter Madison Patricia, seven time WWE champion Trish Stratus opened up about her pregnancy the second time around.

Being pregnant again, Stratus confessed, was completely different, “I was very lucky that with my first pregnancy, I was symptom-free. I made sure to take a moment every day to relish in the wonder of the experience…I did 100 squats a everyday for the full 40 weeks!”

But as for being pregnant with her newborn daughter, “We had a bit of a tough time conceiving the second time around, so when I finally got pregnant I was super cautious and followed my caregiver’s guidance to take it easy.”

The Wrestling Hall of Famer and fitness and yoga guru gave advice to new mothers who want to get back into shape after giving birth, “I think it’s important to not obsess over working out, but to put in the work knowing there are tremendous benefits to reap during labour and delivery.”

The mother-of-two, 40, revealed what’s next for her like writing a book, “I do have some long-term plans like writing my autobiography and continuing to build the Stratosphere,” but for now she’s focusing on raising Madison and toddler, Max.
