Amy Schumer And Howard Stern Perform Impromptu NSFW Fox News Musical

“Snatched” star Amy Schumer may have a future in musicals if Howard Stern’s idea for a Fox News musical ever gets off the ground.

The comedian was on Stern’s radio show on Wednesday when the host joked about casting her in a sexual harassment musical about Fox News, leading to an impromptu performance from the star.
With Stern taking on the role of Fox News’ former CEO Roger Ailes, Schumer steps into the role of Megyn Kelly, singing about alleged sexual harassment by Ailes.

Kelly detailed several encounters with Ailes in her memoir where she accuses the CEO of alleged inappropriate behaviour, including a forceful attempt to kiss her on the lips – a claim he denies. Ailes was forced to resign from Fox News in 2016 after several women, including former anchor Gretchen Carlson, came forward with sexual harassment claims against him.

Stern described the musical scene for Schumer, setting the action in Ailes’ office and joking that gravelly-voiced actor Harvey Fierstein would take on the role in the actual musical production.

“Roger, get your b**** off my nose,” Schumer spontaneously sings.

“This is a great audition,” Stern jokes as they launch into an impromptu NSFW duet that also includes references to recently-ousted Fox news anchor Bill O’Reilly. “That’s just the first number. That’s the opening number,” says Stern.

“I did not wake up this morning thinking I’d be doing a musical number about Fox News,” Schumer says.

“I’m not kidding. I think I’m really gonna write this,” concludes Stern.
