Leave it to Goldie Hawn to confirm last year’s worst-kept secret about her daughter.
The “Snatched” star, and mother to blonde bombshell Kate Hudson, backed up reports that her daughter did indeed date Nick Jonas.
The juicy admission was made during her Thursday night appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” when a fan called in to ask “what her first reaction was” to hearing about their former relationship.
“As long as the kids are having fun, I don’t care…because he’s a very nice guy. He’s a good person,” Hawn answered. “I would have [made dinner for him]…If it lasted long enough.”
Rumours of Hudson and Jonas’s romance began swirling when the pair was spotted at a ski resort in January 2016. Several weeks later, the stars, who share a 14-year age gap, were seen enjoying each other’s company over a pre-Valentine’s Day dinner in Los Angeles.
Hudson has now gone public with her new flame, musician Danny Fujikawa. On Wednesday, the lovebirds were photographed kissing at the Hollywood premiere of Hawn’s newest movie, “Snatched”.
Hudson and Fujikawa all but confirmed their relationship back in March when they were caught kissing during a lunch date in L.A. In April, Fujikawa joined a star-studded list of guests to celebrate Hudson’s 38th birthday. “Kate’s enjoying herself. At this point, it’s not serious,” a source close to the couple tells People magazine.
