Even those who aren’t able to get to Manchester for this weekend’s star-studded benefit concert will be able to take in the spectacle via livestream, with the world’s leading social media platforms all planning to stream live coverage of the concert.
Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester concert is being streamed on Twitter, as well as on Grande’s YouTube and Facebook page where you can also donate to help support the victims and their families.
The event is taking place at the Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground, located a few miles away from the Manchester Arena, where a suicide bomber took the lives of 22 concertgoers and injured more than 50 during Grande’s May 22 performance.
In addition to Grande, the concert also features performances by Katy Perry, Sam Smith, Miley Cyrus, Coldplay, Robbie Williams, Justin Bieber, The Black Eyed Peas, Niall Horan, Little Mix, Take That, Usher and Pharrell Williams. Tickets for the event — to honour the victims and raise vital funds for the victims and families that were affected by the attack — sold out in less than six minutes.
“Music is meant to heal us, to bring us together, to make us happy,” said Grande. “So that is what it will continue to do for us. We will continue to honour the ones we lost, their loved ones, my fans and all affected by this tragedy. They will be on my mind and in my heart everyday and I will think of them with everything I do for the rest of my life.”
The livestream is set to begin on Sunday, June 4 at 7 p.m. Manchester time (11 a.m. PT, 2 p.m. ET); you can watch the entire concert as it happens, above.
