Mark Wahlberg’s 13-year-old daughter Ella seems unfazed with her dad’s mega movie star status and Jimmy Fallon witnessed her disinterest.
The actor, 46, stopped by “The Tonight Show” to talk about the latest installment of the “Transformers” film franchise on Tuesday night, where Ella and her friend Izzy didn’t look up from their phones.
That’s when Wahlberg and Fallon started their interview through text messages, just like the pair of teens. “Did you get that? Send me a picture!” Wahlberg texted to Fallon.
“Jimmy was nice enough to come back into the dressing room and say hi to my daughter, there with her best friend, and they were both on their contraptions and they never look up to say hi,” Wahlberg said. “But they’ve been together for two days now and they’ve never looked at each other to talk.”
“I was just totally bothering them, like, dancing in front of them,” the late-night talk show host added. “They couldn’t care less.”
“Transformers: The Last Knight” hits theatres June 23.
