NSFW Video Footage Shows Shia LaBeouf’s Arrest In Savannah And Subsequent Squad-Car Ride

Newly released video footage sheds more light on Shia LaBeouf’s recent arrest in Savannah, Georgia.

The actor was taken into custody at 4 am Saturday morning under suspicion of disorderly conduct, obstruction and public drunkenness. The Savannah-Chatham Metro Police police say LaBeouf refused to follow their request to leave the area near Wild Wings Cafe in City Market and then ran away from the officers to evade arrest.

In the police body camera footage, LaBeouf can be seen and heard shouting expletives at the officers while being placed under arrest at his hotel. “What did I do?” the troubled actor yells, “I have rights. I’m an American. You’ve got me in my hotel – arresting me in my hotel, for what, sir?”

The latest police report states that LaBeouf approached the responding officer outside of Wild Wings Cafe to ask for a cigarette. When the officer told him he did not smoke, he said LaBeouf looked at him and asked: “What f**king badge are you wearing?” LaBeouf continued to act in “an aggressive manner,” according to the report, telling the officer “F**k you b**ch I pay you you sorry mutha f**ker.”

When LaBeouf refused to leave the vicinity, the officer grabbed his arm to place him in handcuffs, the report continues. But the actor pulled away, stating “You are not arresting me b**ch,” before running toward the Andaz Hotel.

The officers eventually caught up with the 31-year-old at his hotel which is documented in the video. When the “Transformers” star is placed in the back of the cop car, an officer can be heard asking, “Can we talk, me and you?” But LaBeouf remains belligerent. “So we’re not going to have a conversation?” the officer asks. “No, you’re going to get these s**ts [handcuffs] off me, or you’ll be f**king f**ked.”

He then suddenly turns his rant political: “You’ve got a President that don’t give a s**t about you, and you’re stuck in a police force that don’t give a f**k about you, so you wanna arrest bla– white people who give a f**k? Who ask for cigarettes?” Yes, Shia LaBeouf almost referred to himself as a black person while berating an African-American officer.

New footage has emerged of Shia continuing to berate the officers from the back of the squad car.

It’s not the first time LaBeouf has been on the wrong side of the law. In 2014, he was arrested for “drunken behaviour” at a New York City cabaret, then for drinking under the influence in 2008, again at a protest in January of this year, and most recently, a drunken rant at a bowling alley got him hit with a 5 million dollar lawsuit. But according to the actor himself in the arrest video, he’s got “more millionaire lawyers than you know what do to with,” so it seems like he has a way of getting out of these situations.

LaBeouf was released the same day as his arrest after posting a $7,000 bond.
