The stunning Scarlett Johansson joins Roz Weston in our ET Canada Festival Central Lounge to talk about her film, Under The Skin, premiering tonight at TIFF. But right before the film festival launched, the star got engaged to French journalist, Romain Dauriac, and she didn’t hesitate to talk about the timing of her happy news.
When Roz asked, “best or worst timing for getting engaged?”; Scarlett admitted, “My friend was like “congrats on timing,’ … things work out the way they do, maybe it’s better just to get it out the way.”;
Check out the close-up of her engagement sparkler!
On the film, Under The Skin, the actress says she first saw it with an audience in Venice, but she reveals: “It is the last time I will see it with an audience, the making of the film is very personal and the journey itself is a personal one. I felt like I was waiting for people to get up and leave.”;
So, it’s safe to say that Scarlett will not be staying for tonight’s screening at TIFF after her red carpet appearance.
