In the latest issue of Paris Vogue, Victoria Beckham reveals that she just wasn’t inspired to dust off “Posh Spice’ for the 2007 Spice Girls reunion tour and London Olympics performance.

“I realized it was finished for good in 2008, when we reformed for our reunion tour,” she admitted.

“It should have been the best moment of my life, but I just wanted to be elsewhere,” she revealed to the french magazine.

Since putting “Posh’ to rest, Victoria has enjoyed great success as a fashion designer. Her eponymous line of sportswear has been receiving rave reviews from fashion critics and Hollywood.
“It wasn’t a lack of respect for the girls or the audience, but the passion just wasn’t there. By contrast, in my new career, the passion grows every year. I still want more.”

And after all these year, Victoria finally explains the reason for the iconic “Posh’ pout. “I looked moody. But I wasn’t!” she’s quoted as saying. “I was shy, [and] not very sure of myself.”

Victoria and husband David Beckham cover the December issue of Paris Vogue, on sale now.
