The Toronto Film Critics Association has awarded the Coen brothers’ Inside Llewyn Davis with two major awards—best picture and best actor (Oscar Isaac). The film tells the story of a folk singer struggling to make ends meets in 1960s Greenwich Village.

The association previously awarded the Coen brothers’ No Country For Old Men the best picture award in 2007.

Other winners include Cate Blanchett (best actress for Blue Jasmine), Jennifer Lawrence (best supporting actress for American Hustle), Jared Leto (best supporting actor for Dallas Buyers Club), and Alfonso Cuarón (best director for Gravity).

The 2013 BMO Allan King Documentary Award will be given to director Joshua Oppenheimer for The Act of Killing, a documentary in which an Indonesian war criminal re-creates his massacres for Oppenheimer’s camera. Oppenheimer will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
