After a four-year relationship and two children, Jessica Simpson has announced she’s finally going to get married to longtime fiancé Eric Johnson, and that the wedding will take place sometime this year.
The announcement came, oddly enough, in a new video for Weight Watchers, for which Jessica is a spokesperson. “The new year will definitely bring on the wedding bells, which is exciting,”; she says in the video. “I think it’s about time.”;
Thanks to Weight Watchers, the 33-year-old actress, singer and reality TV star has already lost the weight she put on during her pregnancy with second child Ace Knute, born in June, and says she plans to lose plenty more.
“Knowing that I have the wedding coming up is an incentive to stay on Weight Watchers, count my points and stay in the gym,”; adds Jess. “I mean, when you see my dress, you’ll know.”;
Although the nuptials will be taking place sometime this year, Jessica hasn’t yet revealed the date.
