More tickets for shows across the country will go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Tuesday, after overwhelming demand from fans. The Tragically Hip say the show’s design has been revamped to make room for additional seating.

Tickets across Canada sold out in seconds for the Man Machine Poem tour, following the band’s announcement that lead singer Gord Downie has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Fans hoping to attend the farewell tour were left disappointed, after scalpers purchased tickets en masse.

Downie was diagnosed with an aggressive form of terminal cancer called glioblastoma in December and has since undergone surgery, chemotherapy and radiation
treatment.
