There’s a bump in the road on Charlie Sheen’s latest trip to the altar — his bride-to-be is still married to someone else.
Although Charlie and new fiancée Brett Rossi announced their engagement over the weekend, a rep for the Anger Management star confirmed to People magazine that Rossi is still legally married since her divorce from her previous marriage has yet to be finalized.
According to a rep for Sheen, however, it’s no big deal. “She’s been separated from this guy for two years,”; says Sheen’s rep, Jeff Ballard. “It’s just a matter of the paperwork winding its way through the court system.”;
Charlie and Brett, a former actress in adult films, have “no secrets,”; Ballard adds. “Charlie is well aware of Scottie’s [Brett’s nickname] situation.”;
On Sunday, Charlie announced news of the couple’s engagement to People:
