He’s broken bad and displayed his Need for Speed, but will Aaron Paul’s next gig find him involved with TV’s most brutal gang of outlaw bikers?

That’s the rumour being floated by none other than Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter, who’s busy prepping the hit drama’s final season and lining up a roster of guest stars for the series’ swan song.

If a series of tweets is to be believed, one star who may be guesting is Aaron Paul. While answering fan questions, Sutter was asked if he could have any actor on the show, “who would it be?”; His answer: “I think it would be fun to get @aaronpaul_8 on the show. A few days later, Sutter jokingly tweeted that his desire to nab Paul as a guest star led to a rash of Internet rumours:

But could Sutter’s dream become a reality? A few days after that, Sutter stoked the fires when he tweeted Paul’s reply about possibly appearing on the show:

Not exactly what you’d call confirmation, but who knows? We’ll find out for certain if Aaron Paul does wind up on the show when Sons of Anarchy kicks off its final season in the fall.
