Exercise 10: Push Ups
We are in the home stretch bikini body challengers and today it’s all about the push up!
Push ups are a great way to tone your upper body without bulking up like your favourite movie action hero.
Starting on your knees, lean forward, arms shoulder width apart, get up on your toes and keep those elbows tight to your body! When you’re doing the exercise, don’t bend your elbows past 90 degrees and keep your core nice and tight.
Try 3 sets of 5 push ups and, if that’s too easy, bump it up to 3 sets of 10!
