Johnny Depp’s list of memorable roles is pretty long. From Cry Baby to Edward Scissorhands to Captain Jack Sparrow to the Mad Hatter, Depp has pretty much done it all.
Racking up three Oscar nominations, nine Golden Globe nominations (and one win) and eight People’s Choice Awards, the actor remains one of the biggest box office stars in the world.
He is ready to show us his next project, the sci-fi flick Transcendence, co-starring Morgan Freeman when it hits theatres this weekend. And while it remains to be seen where his role as a doctor “living” inside of a computer will rank on his filmography, ET Canada producers Kate Morawetz and Graeme O’Neil are tackling which roles are Depp’s best in a segment called “ET Canada Soundoff” and it gets pretty heated!
Let’s just say pirates aren’t Kate’s favourite thing and a French film title does nothing for Graeme.
