And based on the new trailer, it’s easy to see why eOne is bringing it to the big screen in Canada.
Marion Cotillard stars as a Polish nurse who thinks she’s being saved by Phoenix’s character, but ends up being sold into prostitution. Jeremy Renner’s street magician character tries to help her.
The Immigrant hits theatres May 16.
