Queens have always displayed skill when it comes to wielding influence and Queen Bey is certainly no exception.
Beyoncé has been splashed on the cover of Time“s “100 Most Influential People”; issue looking (Sasha) fierce as all get-out. The feminist pop icon is one of 41 women that are profiled in the upcoming issue, marking the highest number of female “influential people”; to appear in the magazine.
“Beyoncé doesn’t just sit at the table,”; notes Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg in a profile of the recording artist. “She builds a better one.”;
In addition to appearing on the cover of Time, Beyoncé has another high-profile item ready for the public.
The singer’s pageant-themed video for “Pretty Hurts”; has arrived online. Beyoncé has accompanied its release with a request that fans participate in the #WhatIsPretty project. To participate, upload a photo or a video to Instagram with the hashtag #WhatIsPretty.
By the way, “Pretty Hurts”; was offered to a number of artists before it reached the hands of Beyoncé. Crazy, right?
