Chris Brown’s Manager Sues, Claims Singer Beat Him Up

By Brent Furdyk.

Chris Brown has had no shortage of trouble with the law in recent years, and a new lawsuit launched by his manager may pull the controversial performer back into the legal system.

Brown, who spent 108 days in L.A. County Jail for violating the terms of his parole for an assault charge, is being sued by manager Mike G. over allegations that Brown beat him to a pulp.

According to TMZ, Mike G. says he was hired in 2012 to change Brown’s image, as well as to get him out of debt and off drugs.

While Brown did indeed enjoy a career resurgence in the period that followed, Mike G. claims that last month, without any provocation, Brown “took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck which landed him in the ER.”

In the lawsuit, Mike G alleges that Brown showed no remorse over the beatdown, mocking him on social media and telling people working on his tour that “if they got out of line he’d beat them just like he beat Mike G.”
