Comedian Jessica Williams bid a tearful farewell to the “Daily Show” this week as she signed off as a senior correspondent for the final time.
“We tried to put together all of your greatest moments but the truth is no one show can do them justice,” “Daily” host Trevor Noah told her.
The entire cast of correspondents then took the stage to pay tribute to the talented comedian in a show of gratitude that left the 26-year-old in tears.
Williams will be leaving the show to focus on a new Comedy Central series that she created.
