Despite Kylie Jenner’s lip kits regularly selling out, many customers of the cosmetics brand have publicly expressed their upset.

With a growing number of one out of five star ratings, Jenner’s makeup line has been granted an “F” courtesy of America’s Better Business Bureau. It’s safe to say that the non-profit organization was not impressed by Kylie Cosmetics, giving the brand the lowest possible score for its practices after reviewing a growing 137 customer complaints.

The majority of problems, as indicated on the BBB, included delivery problems, issues with the product/service, advertising/sales issues and problems with billing/collection. Many customers reported their lip pencils were missing when the packaging arrived and they were unable to get a response from customer service.

In response to the upset, Jenner posted: “A Message To My Loves” on her personal app and website. She said, “You guys are the reason I keep going and I’m motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I’m continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy. Because so many of your spoke out, I’m excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating.”

She continued, “I’ve sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we’ve received to date has been addressed in a timely matter. I’m sick and tired of people coming for my business. I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy. I don’t want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn’t receive the service they deserve.”
