Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott reportedly owe the state of California a lot of money.
According to TMZ, the former reality star couple were allegedly slammed with a tax lien for $259,108.23 in unpaid state taxes from 2014.
The gossip site reports that a tax lien such as this could mean their house could be on the line, but they should have nothing to worry about since they are renters.
This wouldn’t be the first time the couple have found themselves in the midst of a financial scandal. In January, American Express reportedly sued Spelling for failing to pay a credit bill of $37,981.97.
ET Canada previously sat down with McDermott to discuss why he chose to leave his family during a troubled time to shoot “Chopped”.
