Third Eye Blind performed last night at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, where the Republican National Convention is currently underway. According to reports on social media, however, the band had a very specific agenda in mind: to mock the Republican party and its platform.
Following the band’s set last night, reports emerged the band played a show full of obscure songs — hits such as “Semi Charmed Life” and “How It’s Gonna Be” were nowhere to be heard — while front man Stephan Jenkins gleefully goofed on Republicans in the audience.

At one point, reports The Hill, Jenkins was roundly booed when he asked the crowd, “Who here believes in science?”
Meanwhile, a video shared on Twitter shows the band being booed, with Jenkins quipping: “You can boo all you want but I’m the motherf***ing artist up here.”
