Lea Michele will soon be seen by TV viewers in the second season of “Scream Queens” but magazine readers will be seeing a lot more — a whole lot more — of the former “Glee” star when she strips down to show off her buff, toned physique in the September issue of Women’s Health UK edition.
“Right now, I feel physically in my best shape, and emotionally in my best place,” says Michele in the cover story of the magazine’s annual Naked Issue. “I’m not perfect. I’m not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all.”
She also revealed a tattoo dedicated to her late boyfriend Cory Monteith: the name “Finn” (Monteith’s character on “Glee”), tattooed on her left butt check. When asked on Twitter, Michele revealed that she got the tattoo prior to Monteith’s death.

Like anyone, Michele admits she has “down days,” and reveals her strategy for dealing with them. “I have down days. I accept those days as much as the happy ones,” she says, revealing her solution is to “Make some macaroni cheese, call my mom, pour a glass of red wine and watch some reality television. There’s nothing that can’t fix.”
When it comes to fitness, Michele admits that she’s not a typical gym rat. “I’m not the kind of person who would go to the gym,” she says. “For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave [spinning class SoulCycle], the endorphins are buzzing, I’m glowing and I feel like I can take on the world.”
