We’ve waited long enough!

Fans of Britney Spears are crying tears of joy today after the singer announced the release date and shared the cover for her upcoming new album, “Glory.”

Spears took to Twitter on Wednesday telling fans about her ninth studio album — the first since her “Britney Jean” release in 2013. “#Glory. My new album & the beginning of a new era,” the 34-year-old pop princess shared on Twitter. “Available 8/26 on @AppleMusic. Pre-order tonight at midnight ET.”

The singer also announced that all pre-orders of the album come with an instant download of her single “Private Show,” which she recently teased during a commercial for an eponymous new fragrance.

Last month, Spears released the album’s first single “Make Me” featuring G-Eazy.

On tonight’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Spears is slated to deliver the Late Night host a surprise wake up call.

The show teased her appearance with a preview of the prank on Twitter Wednesday afternoon. “OK, we have a surprise for Jimmy. We’re gonna go wake him up and see what happens,” she tells cameras as a few shirtless dancers followed closely behind.
