Cindy Crawford is catching up with her model daughter, Kaia Gerber, as part of a new series for Teen Vogue.
The fashionable mother-daughter duo sat down for a one-on-one session where that saw them take part in an intimate conversation about their careers.
“You’re so much more confident than I was! I didn’t start modelling until I was nearly 17,” Crawford told her 14-year-old daughter. “You have a sense of what feels right for you. I don’t worry about you staying true to yourself.”

The 14-year-old Gerber, who grew up watching her mother on photoshoots, talked about what she’s picked up from the Supermodel. “I’ve watched you be nothing but kind to everyone on set, from the photographer to the caterer,” she shared.
“When I look at my mom, aside from physical features (of course), we share many of the same mannerisms,” Gerber continued. “I notice it when looking back on past videos of her. I don’t know if it’s genetic, or something I’ve just caught onto, but our actions mimic one another.”
The new Teen Vogue series is part of the magazine’s #ForGirlsByGirls theme that also features an interview with “Hunger Games” actress Amandla Sternberg and Gloria Steinem.
