Apparently everything has been hashed out on the set of “Fast 8”, with Dwayne Johnson addressing the controversy he created by calling out unnamed co-stars for unprofessional on-set behaviour.
According to People, the co-star that raised the ire of the former WWE champ is none other than Vin Diesel.
“Tension has been building up for months,” claims “a source close to the production,” with another source throwing the blame back on The Rock.
“Vin has been having problems with The Rock because The Rock keep showing up late for production,” the source tells People. “Sometimes he doesn’t show up at all and he’s delaying the production.”

However, there have also been various reports that Diesel has exhibited some diva-like behaviour on the set in the past. “Vin spent a whole day in his trailer one day [during filming of ‘Fast 7’],” a source told The Hollywood Reporter. “The next day, they waited four hours for him. He called a meeting of studio execs to his trailer for two-and-a-half hours to say, ‘What the f*** am I doing here?'”
Meanwhile, another source told Page Six that Diesel “was constantly late,” adding that he “acted like a diva and has held up production before,” noting that “it’s not surprising that he’s the one The Rock is calling out.”

Following reports that Johnson and Diesel met to squash their beef, Johnson posted an on-set photo on Instagram in which he implies the axe has been buried, extolling the benefits of a team working together and explaining that, as with any family, “there’s gonna be conflict,”
He writes: “Family is gonna have differences of opinion and fundamental core beliefs. To me, conflict can be a good thing, when its followed by great resolution. I was raised on healthy conflict and welcome it. And like any family, we get better from it.”
