Ringo Starr is currently embarking on a North American Tour with his All Starr Band and ET Canada was able to wrangle a chat with the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer. The world-famous drummer cheerfully disclosed to us what life is like being a 73-year-old superstar that’s beloved for his work with the Fab Four and beyond.

“The Beatle legacy will go on forever, and I was one of them so that will go on forever. But I don’t wake up in the morning thinking about “the legacy,'”; laughs Ringo. “It’s not something I think about! I just keep doing what I love to do.”;

Casino Rama will be playing host to the kickoff of Ringo Starr’s extensive North American tour. According to the megaselling sticksman, there’s nothing quite like performing live.

“You know I can be all day like “ugh,’ but when we’re on and I’m playing, the energy just arrives,”; reveals Ringo. “It’s so great. I love to play.”;
