Miley Cyrus’ 16-year-old sister Noah is allegedly being sued for rear-ending another driver, TMZ reports.
The 16-year-old actress was reportedly texting behind the wheel of her mother’s Jeep while driving on the 101 in Los Angeles, when she allegedly slammed into the back of another car.

In the lawsuit, the other driver, EJ Hawkins, claims the accident sent him to the hospital, which has caused him an additional “loss of love, companionship, comfort, society and sexual relations.”
According to reports, Noah’s mom, Tish Cyrus, is also being sued by Hawkins for allegedly allowing her daughter to drive the Jeep.
