Matthew McConaughey Has A YouTube Channel And Nobody Knew About It

By Brent Furdyk.

While you’re no doubt familiar with the film and television work of Oscar-winning “True Detective” star Matthew McConaughey, you may be less familiar with his work on YouTube.

McConaughey, it turns out, has been posting videos to his own verified YouTube channel for more than a year, but had been flying so far under the radar it only garnered a few hundred subscribers until a post on Reddit brought the channel to the forefront.

Within hours, McConaughey’s YouTube channel was bolstered to nearly 59,000 subscribers, which is alright, alright, alright.

In the channel, McConaghey has posted several videos to raise awareness of some good causes, including the Just Keep Livin’ Foundation, which raises money for teens at inner-city high schools, and the I Am Waters Foundation, which delivers clean water to homeless people.
